Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
• Order processing: 1-2 business days
• Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded for returned items.

Refund Details

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing: 3-5 business days
  • Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Appearance: 5-10 business days on your statement

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  1. Follow standard return process
  2. Include a note with desired size
  3. We’ll ship replacement after processing (additional shipping may apply)

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality standards, these items are final sale:

  • Underwear & Nightwear (hygiene reasons)
  • Swimwear without original hygienic liner
  • Items marked “Final Sale” during checkout

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item doesn’t meet our standards:
