Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
• Order processing: 1-2 business days
• Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Refund Details
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing: 3-5 business days
- Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Appearance: 5-10 business days on your statement
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Follow standard return process
- Include a note with desired size
- We’ll ship replacement after processing (additional shipping may apply)
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality standards, these items are final sale:
- Underwear & Nightwear (hygiene reasons)
- Swimwear without original hygienic liner
- Items marked “Final Sale” during checkout
Damaged or Defective Items
